Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for structural steel projects.
- Conduct accurate material take-offs and cost estimates to support project planning and procurement.
- Monitor project budgets closely and control costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Administer contracts, including managing subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Perform regular site inspections to verify workmanship and reconcile material quantities.
- Generate comprehensive progress reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience specifically in structural steel quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in cost control and estimation.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
