- Oversee and manage daily site operations related to structural steel fabrication, erection, and installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on structural steel works, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or non-conformances.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and best practices on site, promoting a safe working environment.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and Revit models, providing technical clarification and resolving site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and other relevant documentation for project tracking and communication.
- Manage and monitor site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Participate in site meetings, providing technical input and updates on structural steel progress and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically with a focus on structural steel and metal works projects.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, including AutoCAD and Revit, with hands-on experience in reviewing and understanding Revit models for metal fabrication.
- Strong understanding of structural steel design principles, fabrication processes, and erection methodologies.
- Knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management and technical challenges.
