Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze structural designs and verify calculations to ensure safety and compliance with building codes.
- Produce high-quality, detailed engineering drawings and documentation using BIM and CAD software.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure structural work aligns with approved design specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct load analysis, stress testing, and material evaluation for complex building structures.
- Optimize structural designs for cost-efficiency without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, ensuring all revisions and structural adjustments are properly documented.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in structural design, preferably in the real estate or high-rise building sector.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and structural safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Professional certification (SKA/SKK) is highly preferred.
