Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and deliver assigned projects on schedule and within budget parameters
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements and technical specifications
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and safety protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks and delays
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with engineering standards
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and compliance certificates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural project execution
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated experience with budget management and resource allocation
