Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze complex structural systems for residential and commercial project components.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Oversee the implementation of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) plans at the Ubud project site.
- Ensure all structural works comply with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with architects and MEP engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize building performance.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and provide technical guidance to site supervisors.
- Manage structural modeling and simulations using industry-standard software like SAP2000 or ETABS.
- Assist in the selection and testing of construction materials to ensure project specifications are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in structural design and site supervision, specifically within CSA frameworks.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to facilitate technical reporting and coordination.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or Tekla.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD; experience with BIM or Revit is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of concrete and steel structural design principles.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Ubud, Bali for the duration of the contract.
