In this role, you will be the face of Ruangguru, providing personalized guidance to students and parents, helping them identify the right educational path, and ensuring they get the most out of our digital learning platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective students and parents regarding academic goals and learning needs.
- Provide detailed information on Ruangguru products and educational programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team acquisition targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and provide ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Participate in educational outreach activities and events within the Buleleng region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a deep passion for education and a strong interest in EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others positively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and basic office software.
- Deep understanding of the local culture and student market in Buleleng, Bali.
