Seven Retail Group is seeking a highly motivated and personable Student Advisor to join our prestigious Sparks Music team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our music programs and prospective students, guiding them through their musical journey from initial inquiry to course enrollment.
As a Student Advisor, you won't just be processing enrollments; you will be an ambassador for musical excellence. You will provide professional counseling to students and parents, matching their musical goals with our tailored curriculum. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing detailed information regarding Sparks Music programs and courses.
- Conduct professional consultations to assess student interests, skill levels, and goals to recommend appropriate music programs.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every student.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and progress reports in our internal management system.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to convert potential students into active enrollments.
- Collaborate with music instructors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and student satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing and promoting music workshops, recitals, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Prepare weekly reports on enrollment trends and student retention metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Music, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or educational counseling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students of all ages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
- A genuine passion for music and an understanding of the local music education landscape.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mindset.
