Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement student welfare programs addressing academic, social, and emotional needs
- Organize campus engagement initiatives including orientation, workshops, and cultural events
- Provide crisis intervention and guidance for students facing personal or academic challenges
- Manage student organizations and clubs, allocating resources and fostering leadership
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance campus resources and support services
- Monitor student satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Oversee disciplinary processes ensuring fair and consistent policy application
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in student affairs, campus life, or youth services
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication with diverse student populations
- Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in student development or counseling preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced educational environments
