Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and guide students through their daily homework and revision sessions.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves.
- Plan and organize recreational activities and educational games to enhance social skills.
- Mentor students, providing emotional support and guidance to build their confidence.
- Monitor student behavior and progress, providing constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to align care strategies with academic goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related fields.
- Passion for working with children and a genuine desire to nurture their growth.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor when managing a group of energetic students.
- Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, or student care setting is highly preferred.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
