Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate care programs and educational activities
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized guidance for academic and social development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student wellbeing and milestones
- Coordinate with teaching staff to integrate care strategies with curriculum objectives
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
- Document student activities, incidents, and developmental progress
- Organize extracurricular events and enrichment programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Education, Child Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in childcare or student support roles
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in First Aid and Child Safety (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of child development principles and educational frameworks
