Tanggung Jawab
- Provide homework supervision and academic support for primary school students
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Ensure student safety and well-being during care hours
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress

- Document student development and maintain care records
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align with school curriculum
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Childcare equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in student care or teaching environment
- Certification in First Aid and Child Safety
- Strong classroom management and behavioral guidance skills
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans independently
