Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and provide holistic student care services including homework guidance and daily routines
- Deliver engaging Chinese language lessons aligned with MOE curriculum standards
- Develop and implement student-centered learning activities for academic enrichment
- Maintain a safe, positive, and culturally immersive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teaching team to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes
- Organize educational workshops and cultural activities to promote Chinese language appreciation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or bilingual proficiency) and English
- Minimum 1 year experience in student care or Chinese language teaching
- Certification in Chinese language teaching or related pedagogy preferred
- Strong classroom management and conflict resolution skills
- Creative ability to design age-appropriate learning materials
- Valid First Aid and Child Protection certification
