Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and care for students during after-school hours to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities, games, and enrichment programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities.
- Assist students with homework assignments and revision sessions.
- Observe and manage student behavior, applying appropriate disciplinary measures.
- Collaborate with the center management to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in student care or preschool teaching.
- Certified in First Aid is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing schedules.
