- Provide attentive care and supervision to students in a school-based setting.
- Assist students with homework assignments and educational exercises to support their academic progress.
- Plan and execute engaging enrichment activities, including games, arts & crafts, and physical exercises.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment conducive to learning and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding student well-being and daily activities.
- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage their personal development.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working in a student care center or educational institution is preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and a genuine love for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in English.
