In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for school-going children, bridging the gap between school and home.
As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a key role in the holistic development of students, helping them build confidence, social skills, and academic resilience. We are looking for a proactive educator who can design engaging learning experiences, manage student behavior effectively, and collaborate closely with parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that stimulate cognitive and physical development.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during daily routines, including homework supervision and playtime.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns.
- Conduct daily roll calls, hygiene checks, and health monitoring to ensure student safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning space for students.
- Collaborate with the centre manager and fellow educators to plan events and enrichment programs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a student care or preschool setting is preferred.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents.
- Patient, resilient, and possess a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to manage a group of students effectively and maintain discipline in a caring manner.
- Commitment to the Ministry of Education's or Centre's curriculum standards and safety protocols.
