Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor primary school students (P1-P6) during after-school care hours.
- Assist students with their daily homework and ensure the completion of school assignments.
- Conduct enrichment activities and facilitate engaging lessons to foster holistic development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavioral development.
- Manage classroom discipline and uphold school policies with consistency and care.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and implement effective study schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum a Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student care, tuition, or primary school teaching is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Passionate about child development and possessing a patient, nurturing demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- Commitment to long-term professional development within the education sector.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
