In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for supervising primary school students after their school hours. You will play a crucial role in their daily routine by providing primary school coaching, assisting with homework assignments, and organizing engaging activities that promote learning and fun. You will ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to learn. You will also help manage daily routines, ensuring a smooth transition from school to our center. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide homework assistance and coaching in English, Mathematics, and Science for primary school students.
- Supervise and monitor students during recreational and study periods to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, games, and arts & crafts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and daily activities.
- Guide students in developing good study habits, discipline, and social skills.
- Collaborate with the center management to enhance the overall student care program.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with primary school children is highly preferred.
- Candidate must possess a patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be punctual.
- Certified First Aid and Childcare training is an advantage.
