Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to discuss enrollment programs.
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding course details, schedules, and tuition fees.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment documentation process.
- Update and maintain accurate student records in the CRM database.
- Identify and qualify leads to meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the academic team to resolve student issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or education administration is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing office and remote work.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
