In this vital role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and connecting them with appropriate resources to ensure their academic success and well-being.
As a Student Hub Advisor, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity to create a welcoming environment for students from around the globe. Your ability to fluently communicate in both German and English will be essential in supporting our international student community. You'll work closely with faculty and staff to coordinate services, maintain accurate records, and implement initiatives that enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to students regarding academic policies, campus resources, and student services
- Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation in the university's information systems
- Coordinate with various university departments to resolve student issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with student onboarding processes, orientation programs, and campus events
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction levels are high
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in student services, academic advising, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in using office software and student information systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in international or multicultural settings
