Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Manage and respond to IT support tickets and service requests efficiently.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patching.
- Help in setting up and configuring network peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Conduct basic data entry and maintenance of ICT asset inventories.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the senior ICT team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
- Good understanding of computer hardware components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a reliable laptop computer.
- Available to start the internship on or before June 2026.
