Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Purchasing Department in sourcing and procuring kitchen equipment and supplies from vendors.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and compare product quality and pricing.
- Assist in organizing warehouse documentation and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding supply needs and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to commute to Makati City consistently.
- Must have own laptop for work requirements.
