AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Student Intern (OJT) to support our growing Sales Department. We are a leading provider of high-quality kitchen equipment and supplies, and we are committed to nurturing the next generation of sales professionals. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to observe and participate in the full sales cycle within the B2B hospitality sector. You will learn how to effectively communicate the value of our products to a diverse range of clients, from restaurants to hotels.

Our ideal candidate is a current university student eager to apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. You will work alongside our experienced sales managers, assisting with administrative tasks, market analysis, and client follow-ups. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and a solid foundation in sales strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the senior sales team in achieving daily sales targets and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze industry trends.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations using Microsoft Office.
  • Support product demonstrations and showroom visits for potential customers.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) records accurately.
  • Learn and communicate detailed product specifications of kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adhere to company schedules.
