Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Tourism and Sales team in preparing travel itineraries and handling client inquiries.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support business strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and training sessions.
- Help promote ATPI’s services to potential clients and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
