Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Tourism and Sales team in preparing travel itineraries and handling client inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support business strategy.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and training sessions.
  • Help promote ATPI’s services to potential clients and partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
