Enderun Colleges is looking for an energetic and dedicated Student Life Associate to join our campus team in Pio Del Pilar, Metro Manila. As a Student Life Associate, you will facilitate engagement, support student organizations, and implement programs that foster a vibrant campus culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and evaluate campus-wide student activities, events, and workshops.
- Act as a primary advisor to student organizations, clubs, and councils to ensure alignment with college values.
- Facilitate student leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication channels between the administration, faculty, and the student body.
- Manage student-related administrative tasks, including documentation, budget tracking, and event logistical support.
- Promote student engagement and mental health awareness through targeted campus outreach programs.
- Respond to student concerns, providing guidance and conflict resolution when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in student affairs, event management, or community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Proactive, creative problem-solver with a high level of integrity and professional maturity.
