Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and counseling practices
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
