Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze student academic performance data to identify progress trends and potential challenges
- Develop personalized intervention plans for students requiring additional support
- Conduct regular advising sessions to address academic concerns and career guidance
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate student support initiatives
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and reporting systems
- Organize workshops on study skills, time management, and academic success strategies
- Stay current with educational policies and best practices in student advising
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in student advising or educational support roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret academic data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in student information systems and office software
- Empathetic approach with commitment to student welfare
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
