Platinum Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Student Services Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Australian account, ensuring that every student receives world-class support throughout their educational journey.

You will manage the entire student lifecycle—from initial onboarding and registration to active study support and long-term retention. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about education, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, international BPO environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end student onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are verified.
  • Provide timely and professional support via email, phone, and chat for students within the Australian market.
  • Assist students with academy participation queries, course navigation, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Monitor student progress and actively participate in retention initiatives to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain accurate student records and interaction logs in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated student concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of student service protocols and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service, student support, or BPO role (Australian account experience preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shifting schedule to align with Australian business hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a high quality of service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
