As a Student Well-being Officer, you will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to identify and address various well-being challenges. Your expertise in counseling, crisis intervention, and preventive strategies will help create a safe and nurturing space where students can thrive academically and personally.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional, social, or academic challenges
- Develop and implement well-being programs and initiatives to promote positive mental health
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate intervention strategies for at-risk students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive school environment
- Organize workshops and awareness campaigns on topics such as stress management, bullying prevention, and healthy relationships
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and interventions while ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinate with external mental health professionals and community resources when necessary
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of well-being programs and make data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or counseling setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
- Certification in first aid and crisis intervention is highly desirable
- Knowledge of current best practices in student well-being and mental health support
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
