Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-of-house operations including client check-in, scheduling coordination, and premium service delivery
  • Oversee daily studio logistics including facility maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • Lead client relationship management for diverse international clientele with multilingual communication
  • Coordinate with wellness practitioners to ensure seamless service transitions and operational harmony
  • Implement and optimize administrative systems for appointment management, record-keeping, and reporting

Kualifikasi
