- Lead and mentor studio team members to maintain exceptional craftsmanship standards
- Develop and implement innovative production processes while preserving traditional techniques
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute bespoke wagashi projects
- Oversee studio operations including inventory, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality and creative output
- Manage studio resources and budget to ensure efficient operations
- Represent Kikkaya Wagashi in industry events and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in craft production or creative leadership roles
- Deep understanding of traditional Japanese confectionery techniques
- Proven track record in team management and talent development
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
