- Lead and mentor studio teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement operational procedures aligned with brand standards
- Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships for studio operations
- Coordinate creative projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote studio offerings and events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability protocols
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in hospitality or creative studio management
- Proven team leadership and performance coaching experience
- Strong understanding of Balinese culture and tourism industry
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in budget management and inventory control systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Creative industry background highly desirable
