Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students to introduce and sell our study programs effectively.
- Analyze student requirements and provide personalized advice on course selection and career paths.
- Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students to ensure high retention and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the education industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
