Join Vishay as a Subcon Lead Buyer and drive excellence in our manufacturing supply chain. This pivotal role oversees subcontractor relationships for back-end captive lines, turnkey projects, and buy & resale operations. You'll ensure seamless integration of external suppliers while maintaining Vishay's rigorous quality standards and cost-efficiency targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on schedule. Your strategic sourcing expertise will directly impact our production capabilities and market competitiveness in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end subcontractor relationships for back-end captive production lines
- Coordinate turnkey projects from supplier selection to final delivery
- Oversee buy & resale operations ensuring margin optimization
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Develop negotiation strategies for cost-effective contracts
- Implement quality control protocols for subcontracted outputs
- Streamline procurement workflows using ERP systems
- Analyze market trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in procurement/subcontractor management within manufacturing
- Proven expertise in electronics industry supply chains
- CIPS/ISM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills
- Experience managing cross-border supplier relationships
