Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert guidance and technical direction to project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the domain.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and disseminate knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex queries and technical escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or industry-specific credentials) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed.
