Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the current Singapore MOE syllabus for Primary or Secondary levels.
- Develop and customize teaching materials, including worksheets and mock examination papers, to address diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and discuss personalized learning goals.
- Collaborate with the academic team to review and enhance the existing curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Keep abreast of changes in the MOE examination formats and update teaching strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject discipline (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science).
- NIE (National Institute of Education) certification or equivalent professional teaching qualification is highly preferred.
- Significant teaching experience within the Singapore school system; ex-MOE teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of the MOE syllabus and national examination requirements (PSLE, O-Level, or N-Level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both students and parents effectively.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proven track record of improving student academic outcomes.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and a passion for mentoring the next generation.
