Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all electrical construction activities for substation projects from initiation to completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and deliverables
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substation electrical construction
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substation components, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid PRC license as Professional Electrical Engineer
