Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on all substation equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
- Conduct thorough electrical testing and diagnostics (e.g., power factor, insulation resistance, breaker analysis) to ensure equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty components to minimize system downtime and maintain grid stability.
- Execute switching orders and strictly adhere to safety standards, protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and upgrade of new substation assets and technology.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, test results, and spare parts inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in substation maintenance, testing, or commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment (transformers, breakers, switchgear) and protection relay schemes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Willing to be assigned to and travel between various operational sites across the Philippines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
