- Design and implement customized platform solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Configure and optimize software systems to enhance performance and user experience
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop technical implementation roadmaps
- Monitor platform usage metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and training to maximize client platform utilization
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective resolutions
- Document solution architectures and best practices for knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical account management or success engineering
- Proficiency in SaaS platform configuration and optimization methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in relevant technologies (AWS, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours with strong time management skills
