Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years experience in customer success, technical support, or implementation roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train diverse technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing platform usage and performance issues
- Proficiency with CRM or SaaS platforms (experience with similar tools preferred)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with night shift schedule and flexible working hours
