Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and design for a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze process gaps, and translate them into scalable architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex integration scenarios between SuccessFactors, on-premise ERP systems, and third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards across all HR modules, ensuring GDPR and local data privacy compliance.
- Direct the configuration and customization strategy, promoting 'out-of-the-box' best practices to minimize custom developments.
- Act as the subject matter expert during system testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization phases.
- Mentor junior functional consultants and technical teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a lead SuccessFactors Solution Architect.
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2 full-lifecycle global SuccessFactors implementations for large-scale enterprises.
- Deep expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation).
- Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Cloud Connector architectures.
- Professional certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central Professional) is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
