Stanton Academy is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Summer Camp Instructors to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the heart of our summer program, facilitating engaging activities, fostering teamwork among campers, and ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment.
As a Summer Camp Instructor, you will lead a variety of sports, recreational, and creative activities designed to keep children active and inspired. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and facilitate daily activities including sports, games, and recreational workshops.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times during programs.
- Encourage inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring every child feels welcome and engaged.
- Supervise group outings and handle basic conflict resolution among campers.
- Maintain equipment and activity areas to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily progress and highlights.
- Participate in pre-camp training sessions and daily debriefing meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, coaching, or teaching environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to command attention in a group setting.
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for youth development and sports.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Malay is a plus).
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the summer program.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and capable of managing outdoor activities in various weather conditions.
