Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the café area, including tables and service stations.
- Perform cashier duties, including accurate billing, handling payments via POS systems, and processing change.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service, stock replenishment, and efficient workflow.
- Monitor stock levels of non-perishable items and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company grooming and uniform policies.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in English (local language proficiency is also required).
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically regarding POS systems and basic data entry.
