Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency in a fast-paced café environment.
- Prepare and present food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, dining areas, and kitchen stations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process payments and handle transactions.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit and able to perform the physical demands of the job.
