Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance and repair operations
- Coordinate and manage dry docking schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor vessel performance and implement improvement strategies
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor technical teams in maintenance operations
- Implement and maintain quality control systems for fleet operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fleet management or dry docking operations
- Certification as Class Surveyor or equivalent maritime qualification
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and systems
