PT Sumber Jaya Industri Oleo is a leading player in the palm oil processing industry, dedicated to operational excellence and sustainable manufacturing. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Superintendent of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument (MEI) to join our facility in Dumai, Riau.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department for our Refinery and CPO Fractionation units. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers to execute preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot complex system failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime in a high-pressure industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department (Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument).
- Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules for Refinery and Fractionation machinery.
- Direct team members in troubleshooting and repairing critical equipment, including pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and PLC/SCADA systems.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and operational protocols.
- Manage spare parts inventory, technical documentation, and maintenance budgets to optimize operational costs.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement long-term engineering solutions.
- Supervise external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians to foster a high-performance work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a CPO Refinery, Oleochemical, or similar chemical manufacturing plant.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA), and power distribution.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams in an industrial setting.
- Deep knowledge of safety standards (OSHA/K3) and industrial equipment reliability engineering.
- Willing to be based in Dumai, Riau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and management goals.
