Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities at the Singapore Rail Test Centre
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Manage and coordinate a team of technical staff and maintenance personnel
- Implement and optimize operational procedures for maximum efficiency
- Monitor and maintain rail testing equipment and infrastructure
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rail operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of rail systems, testing procedures, and safety standards
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in rail safety and operations is highly desirable
- Experience with rail testing equipment and technology is preferred
