We invite qualified and passionate professionals to apply for the career position of Supervising Engineer A to be stationed in the Ilocos Region. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager, you will head the Engineering Division and oversee the technical operations of the region.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for directing all phases of irrigation project development, including pre-investigation, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, construction management, and system operation and maintenance. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and government regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Formulates and implements the annual work and financial plans for the irrigation engineering division.
- Directs and supervises the conduct of pre-investigation, feasibility studies, surveys, and detailed engineering designs for irrigation projects.
- Oversees the preparation and review of plans, specifications, program of works, and cost estimates for various irrigation system projects.
- Manages the construction, operation, and maintenance of national irrigation systems to ensure optimal efficiency and service delivery.
- Reviews and evaluates project accomplishments, prepares reports, and recommends corrective actions to address issues and delays.
- Coordinates with Local Government Units (LGUs), Department of Agriculture (DA), and other stakeholders for project implementation and support.
- Mentors, trains, and evaluates the performance of subordinate engineers and technical staff to ensure high standards of work.
- Ensures strict compliance with engineering laws, codes of ethics, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a citizen of the Philippines.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (RA 1080).
- Must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field of irrigation, construction, or project management.
- Must have completed at least sixteen (16) hours of relevant training and development programs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and GIS applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
