Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management policies and programs for the Bicol Region
- Supervise environmental compliance activities and ensure adherence to national and provincial regulations
- Lead environmental impact assessments for development projects and infrastructure initiatives
- Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and private sector stakeholders on environmental initiatives
- Investigate environmental violations and recommend appropriate enforcement actions
- Prepare comprehensive environmental reports and documentation for government agencies
- Train and mentor junior environmental staff on best practices and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with emerging environmental technologies and sustainable development practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Environmental Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine environmental laws, regulations, and policies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex environmental data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Certification in Environmental Impact Assessment or related field preferred
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community environmental education
