Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for technical education programs within the Ilocos Region.
- Supervise the development and implementation of competency-based curriculum standards.
- Coordinate with local industries to align training programs with current labor market demands.
- Provide technical guidance and performance monitoring for subordinate staff and vocational training centers.
- Conduct regular audits of training facilities to ensure compliance with quality assurance frameworks.
- Analyze regional skills data to identify training gaps and propose targeted educational interventions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, private sectors, and NGO partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in TVET management, educational policy, or program development.
- Possession of relevant professional eligibility (e.g., Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility).
- Strong proficiency in program monitoring and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the national TVET quality framework and industry certification standards.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a commitment to public service excellence.
