- Direct the development and implementation of activities in assigned production area(s).
- Meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives through effective supervision.
- Prioritize and schedule work assignments to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.
